Refund policy

Because we work with plants, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact plants@treadlight-farm.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and eligibility for a refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

All cancellations initiated by the buyer after 24 hours of order placement are subject to a 20% restocking fee. This is because once we have your order, we remove it from our available inventory and work to prepare your plants for shipping.

Items that have already shipped cannot be cancelled or refunded.
