Purple Giant Hyssop is a tall, easy-to-grow pollinator and bird magnet, both during its long blooming season and throughout the fall and winter, when its seed heads stay upright, providing winter garden interest.

With aromatic foliage common to the mint family, it warrants a place in many gardens and landscapes, and makes an excellent cut-flower that will continue to produce stems over many weeks. In smaller gardens, an early season cut-back will help maintain a shorter plant with more profuse blooms.
